2022 Annual plan Netherlands Labour Authority
Cross-border cooperation, organising differently with a stronger regional commitment and making the effect of the Labour Authority’s work even more transparent, are three important developments that will be reflected in the year 2022.
And we call her: ‘Netherlands Labour Authority’
As per 1 January 2022, the Inspectorate SZW will be named “Netherlands Labour Authority”. This decision was prompted both by the introduction of the European Labour Authority, the European supervisor, and by the fact that the term Labour Authority is much more common practice.
Risks on the labour market in 2020 magnified by COVID
Working with a colleague who has a bad cold but is afraid to call in sick. Colleagues sitting too close together in the canteen, without the company’s management intervening. These are a few examples of the types of COVID-related reports the Inspectorate SZW received in 2020, about 7,700 in total.
